I understand your frustration. The courier would not leave it in the shed, I don't know why, but to be fair, Royal Mail would have taken it back to the sorting office. Royal Mail was not selected as the preferred delivery option and courier was selected. I feel the neutral feedback is unwarranted as I used the chosen shipping method and refunded, including postage, as soon as the jeans were back with me.. I was in constant communication with you during every stage of this.
