I am sorry you had to pay £5 to have them sent safely, tracked and insured. I wouldn’t call this horrendous. Sadly, previous experiences have taught me to only use a Signed For service and not to use couriers. I am honest but many people aren’t unfortunately, and there is no back-up for the seller if not using such a service. The sandals would have cost £60 instore so all in you have got a good deal.
