Product is fine, but it came with Japanese language menu which was not specified. One photo was shown which has English writings on the page, but it turns out that is the only menu page with English. It took me a week to finally crack the Sony lock on the language under Linux (Windows OS did not work). For anyone looking to buy a Sony product from overseas sellers, please make sure you ask about the language. Now I have learned that Sony always locks its products in regional languages.
