Item was listed as “brand new” and “factory sealed.” While the disc plays perfectly, this item is clearly NOT brand new or factory sealed. First, a comparison with a known authentic version clearly reveals the case insert is a well-produced, but off-color photocopy. I opened the “factory sealed” game, to discover the manual was missing and the other two inserts had were damaged. Lastly, the disc has a superficial scratch on the top. I’m keeping it because it works, but this was a scam. Shame…

As you saw, the packaging was unbroken, so we did not check inner contents. We stand by our listings, and as stated we offer a free 30 day return policy. You may send it back for a full refund, or keep the game and we can refund you the difference between what you paid and the price for a pre-owned copy.Please let us know which option to move forward with.
