The seller left a detailed review that stated everything they tested was functional but that they did not test everything. The likely reason they stopped testing is because there is an issue with the HDMI ports. The ports work but when there is no signal being sent to a selected HDMI port, there are visual artifacts scrambled all over the screen that go away once a signal is supplied. Not a showstopper and the receiver was priced well for what it does.
