The focal length of this zoom lens is equal to the lens of a 35mm with a 24mm to 136mm, so you are still able to take brilliant panoramic photos even when you need only a minimum amount of zoom. Highest of praise here for the seller. Item was in near mint condition, better than I understood from the posting. Price was right, and shipping via FexEx air was super fast. The only issue with the lens is it is noisy while focusing manually or automatically. But this is not a problem with this specific lens but is common with all Pentax FA and DA lenses. The older K, M, and A series and newer DFA lens seem better built. *****
