    Received and wire was sticking out of necklace..Seller responded by telling me that she forgot to cut off end of wire..she told me to cut it myself or return it. I explained that I do not have tool to cut it that close to bead..she said ..just return it. I explained that after she made the mistake of not cutting off end of wire..why should I suffer inconvenience of returning it. Seller responded with not taking any responsibility ... did not want to replace .WHERE DID CUSTOMER SERVICE GO!!!!!
