When the PB slipcovers arrived, the FedEx pkg was left unprotected from heavy rain. The box was sopping wet when I returned home. Inside the box,the seller also did not plastic bag the slipcovers. They were water logged & stained brown from wet cardboard.Seller apologized, but made excuses & shifted blame to me. After debate, she offered $50 to cover pro stain removal, or a return. Just shipped it the way PB had shipped it to me to hurry up and get it out because we were in the middle of moving. I apologized for that mistake and asked if they took any pics of the damaged pkg so we could file a claim with FedEx who left the pkg on car hood in pouring rain. I offered the buyer $50 to have it dry cleaned or they could return for a full refund. They chose to keep and complain.
