New seller - so a shot over their bow to do better... Very poor communication. Had to get Ebay to step in to get money back. Sunglasses were prescription which seller may not have known, but they only reached out once the return label was printed trying to save return shipping cost with a poor solution. Never replied to a question about their proposal. Wasted my time with re-packing and drop off to the post office
