      Ordered a clean working NDsi, but I received a completely dirty NDS Lite with a yellowed dirty bottom screen, a dead battery and a broken charger! When I opened a discussion about returning the product, they told me (not here but on Facebook on their store page, they never responded to eBay messages) to cancel it (this should never be done, because all transactions must be made on the eBay website, this is a scam on the part of the seller because now i can't do anything).

      ci dispiace per l'inconveniente, ma hai creato un casino e basta. invece di scrivermi su ebay mi hai scritto su facebook, ho risposto e mi sono offerto di cambiarti l'oggetto. hai chiesto restituzione su ebay e subito dopo l'hai chiusa. se non sai usare ebay e le regole di utilizzo non è colpa nostra. abbiamo fatto di tutto per risolvere. la prossima volta usa solo ebay per comunicare col veniditore. e non mandare 100 messaggi in piu piattaforme diverse.
