They gave me a 10 dollar credit, for the leak in the hose, which I accepted. It was advertised as new out of the box, and it was not new out of the box. However, I had to make several trips to the hardware store to get hose menders to make this work. Overall, I would not have bought this hose with all of the problems I had with it. I contacted them again for more of a refund, but never heard back from them.
