Feedback was left without ever reaching out to me first for help. I am always happy to help. The buyer did not receive expired film. They received film produced 5 months ago at Polaroid's factory in The Netherlands. The problems visible in the photos appear to be due to improper exposure settings. I would have been more than happy to offer guidance on proper use of the film. I have sent a follow up message with tips for best results. Best to you on future photos!
