These are not new without box. At best they are used in okay condition. The company said they were still considered new because they are store returns. You should disclose that they are a store return in the ad. If the ad says new, I expect them to be new not worn. The soles shouldn’t be dirty and the tops shouldn’t be creased if they are actually new.
