I was given an address by the seller. After this he sent an eBay label. This was after he gave me an address that is different than the profile. He said he did not create the label. He will now not give a refund as he said he has not received the item. This is because whatever address he provided is not a valid address. I’ve been trying to resolve it and have a tracking number.
