It was a thin flimsy cardboard, joke of a faux board that came broken in half! Paying 21$+ for the shipment, and they couldn't secure it?!! Sent in a regular envelope with no marking of fragility even. Such a waste.

We have successfully shipped this product for 25 years in this tried and true packaging, which is a durable and top of the industry bubble mailer. Unfortunately, the product was damaged during shipment yet the customer did not message us about it.
As we've just messaged our customer, we would gladly ship a replacement at our cost, but we have to know about these things. As for the cost of the shipment, it's unfortunate as international shipping costs are high, which is out of our control.
