The item was marked “shipped” with tracking provided over a month ago. Multiple attempts to contact the seller have been ignored. There’s been zero tracking updates because the card was probably never shipped. No delivery. Nothing. No help at all from the seller in any way, and never once acknowledged my messages.

Never once got a message from this guy. When he opened the "item not arrived" case, we refunded him immediately and opened a case with eBay to get reimbursed. Not sure what else we could have done here.
