I'm sorry that the product was not completely to your liking. The production technology is low-volume 3D printing, so the surface is not as smooth as that of other mass-produced products, and this is the reason why it cannot be cheap (as the description also states). However, this technology makes it possible to make a stable and useful stand with this form. Of course, if you don't like the product, you can always contact me and we can discuss returning it, no problem!
