Man sollte ein Paket auch bei der Post abholen wenn man es schon nicht zuhause annehmen kann.
Das das Paket wieder zurück gekommen ist habe ich Ihnen ja sogar mitgeteilt, soviel zur Kommunikation.
Genauso haben Sie kulanterweise eine volle Rückerstattung bekommen, die Rücksendekosten sind normalerweise vom Käufer zu tragen.
