He never contacted me to tell me there was going to be a delay. He refunded my purchase promptly after I contacted him, but had I not done so, I would probably still just be waiting for something to happen. Seller needs to be more proactive with his customers unless a broken foot also means he can't type a message..Positive rating is for the quick refund.
