The seller used a "stock" photo of a device that was a newer model and in better condition than the actual device. When I received the device, the box was in perfect condition but the power module was missing. The seller blamed the missing piece on porch pirates and demanded I put in a compaint to the post office for reimbursement. I waited the grace period and pushed the complaint to ebay who took care of the situation immediately with a shipping label back to the seller and a full refund.
