The seller has pets & the dander was covering the pillow. She tried to lie about it once I let her know. Would not offer a discount for professional cleaning. Was cleaned for a mere $7 and she never offered to reimburse or partial reimburse which is all I had originally requested. Hard to work with buyers be wary !

This buyer sent me a close up picture of her lint roller which looked like it was filled with black human hair. I asked a couple of times for a picture of the pillow which she refused to send me. I asked her to open a return which she did, she said she took it to her dry cleaner and paid $7 and would be keeping the pillow. I had already paid for the return shipping label and was not going to agree to pay for dry cleaning. I previously explained my pets are not around my items for this reason.
