The Buyer will receive 100% reimbursement when it is returned. The buyer is mistaken. This was a new never installed breaker delivered in its original box. The photo provided as “evidence” that the breaker was used clearly showed the factory installed dialectic grease undisturbed in the neutral clips which showed no marring from previous installation. Though we do make mistakes this was not one of them. We work hard to make sure there are no negative surprises and if one occurs we fix it.
