Doll was in fairly good condition. Seller crammed doll in a small packing bag and the neck was bent in half (I had to take it apart and resew it.) Also the dolls legs were in a kneeling position which wasn't stated in the listing. I should have returned it but my granddaughter cried so I decided to fix it myself.
