    The item is well made, however it does not fit tight around the neck, and I would say I have a bigger neck than most. The light is not bright enough for night time activities, even on the highest mode. It works best for doing something about a foot in front of you, such as reading. It won't light up a path at night, for example, which is what I wanted to use it for when I purchased. Fast shipping.
