I was surprised that the ender 3 arrived completely new since i fully expected it to arrive in atleast used quality. The only problem I have is that since i was using the parts from the printer for a project i wasnt able to take apart the hot end completely, for some reason the screw under the heatsink was completely glued with something too strong to remove. Because of that i had to order the nozzle elsewhere.

Base model I found to be very problematic. Had to do multiple upgrades to get printer to not fail. Prints good once going but a Lil on the slow end but great inexpensive way to get a start.
