Upon seller assurance bracelet was in EUC, it arrived with one stone missing. Advertised as 7.5 inches long, in reality less than 7 inches in diameter. Sent clear photos, but seller stated that they could not see the missing stone hole, and did not even address the wrong measurement. Sellers response was to return, but I was willing to keep the bracelet and fix myself. Asked for a price reduction. No response after 3 days.
