This item is exactly as described. The measurements in the picture are correct. It is the correct part number for my Briggs 12.5 HP engine, but the bolt pattern is not the same as my engine. I couldn't find one with the same bolt pattern, so I ordered this one. My case wasn't bad, I only needed the plastic parts inside, and they did fit perfectly. It works like new.
