This will serve well as an opera cape for a male Victorian caroler in our next Christmas musical. I was a little concerned with whether the fabric would be substantial enough unlined, but it absolutely is. I plan to shorten it to knee length to make it look more like an opera cape. I really like that it ties at the neck with a plain bow. Add a top hat and you're all set for outerwear!
