Seller Notes: “ANTIQUE CONDITION AND WEAR CONSISTENT WITH AGE AND USE. Should be restored and conserved. Small ... “ANTIQUE CONDITION AND WEAR CONSISTENT WITH AGE AND USE. Should be restored and conserved. Small paint loss in lower left quadrant of painting, approximately 1" tear in canvas in left center of painting. Soiling and varnish discoloration. Canvas is fine material, but is slightly loose on stretcher. Gilded frame is custom, tight, and generally in good shape with small abrasions and nicks consistent with age. However, frame is not original to the painting, and was likely made for the painting in the 1920's - 1930's”
