For customer service, you can’t get better than Bellas tienda24. eBay had run a system update that was glitched. The glitch took the street name out of my address record. When Bellas discovered the problem, they contacted me and explained why I had not received the item (marked shipped by eBay) and what to do to correct my address, etc. 10 stars for Bellas; A big fat goose egg for eBay, which messed up several of my orders.

Due to an eBay software glitch, this packet order had to be cancelled and I will have to reorder. That said, in tough situations, that's when you can gauge the real quality of a company and its people. Bellas_tienda24 scored hugely with me when they were faced with a SNAFU not of their making.
