Did not cover the top loader and the card slid out in shipping, making an already damaged card, much much worse. Seller refused to acknowledge damage and told me I was wrong.

Based on the buyer's photos, I indicated that I believed the damage was pre-existing and disclosed in the listing photos and description. Nonetheless, to keep the customer happy, I several times offered a free return and full refund, as well as a partial refund and to let him keep it, but the buyer was not interested in finding a solution.
