THIS TIRE WAS NOT ROTTEN, i personally inspected it. Tire was in good usable condition, no dry cracking and pretty good tread. Sure its an older tire, but to get a decent Michelin Pilot Radial shipped to your door for $49.00 bucks is very fair. obviously this buyer had unrealistic expectations, and showed his confusion by claiming "It's against the law to mount older tires on a vehicle!" I told him that`s B.S. which it is, then got negative feedback, what a clown...
