Fast shipping, well packaged. Nice storage box, spare parts, drawstring pouch. Doesn't draw for sh##. Stupid design, micro valve airflow regulation , air goes outside of insert then thru holes at the base near the mouthpiece. Remove the rubber ring seal at the bowl end to get any airflow. Better would be to remove insert, afraid of breaking plastic mouthpiece or it will be too lose without tight insert to hold it in place. Sorry to say "DO NOT BUY THIS"
