      Customer didn't understand this is a Repair Service and needed to send their board for repair. Per the first 2 words of the listing, Repair Service. Per the listing picture it says repair service. Per the description "This is a repair service you must send in your mainboard for repair"Per the bold text highlighted in red in the description "YOU MUST SEND IN YOUR MAINBOARD FOR REPAIR" I am sorry there was a misunderstanding, but it's not fair to give negative feedback. This was not our mistake

      Verified purchase
      Even though the board we sent in turned out to be non-repairable we feel these folks did a great job. Our board went through three cycles of repair and testing before they determined it could not be fixed. Communications was grate from the start and all through the process. Overall they spent about three weeks working on this repair. In the end we were offered a reasonable refund. I would give these folks a try again if needed.
