Purchased item on 9 May. Contacted seller when tracking had not updated as of 17 May. Told me if tracking didn't update by 22 May they would send another set. Reached out 22 May and was told on 23 May that another set would ship on 24 May. Reached out on 29 May to ask for new tracking number. Was messaged back on 31 May that they are moving and have "truckloads of parts to sort through" and would "keep me in the loop of locating another set. Disappointing transaction. Was refunded by seller.

Shipped the order on May 10. Was in constant communication with the buyer and USPS lost the item while in transit. We are currently moving facilities with over 14,000 parts from one location to another so yes we have a "truckload" of parts to sort thorugh.Promptly refunded the buyer & told the buyer as soon as we get to the calipers we will notify them and keep them posted & they can re-purchase. I was in constant contact with the seller, they never initiated contact with me like they would have you believe. They also say that USPS lost the package yet I was told by the seller that they are "so backed up they never got them out" in a message on 31 May, even though I purchased on 9 May. Lastly, after I left this one star review because it tool them three weeks to tell me they never sent them, they sent me two messages calling me "garbage" and a "garbage buyer".
