Ordered 6 copies of Mercruiser ignition keys by manufacturers key code. All the blanks were correct but not one key worked. It appeared the suppliers key cutter was out of calibration. Basic teeth shapes were correct but not enough metal was removed. Every tooth too tall. Had them all touched up against my original key at a local key shop. Everything worked after that.
