While my item came and was not damaged I think that was more due to luck. My item was loose in the box with only a single layer of small bubble wrap. UPS violated the box to the best of their abilities having to tape it back together with "oops" tape after playing field hockey with it. I would probably not order anything from this seller more delicate than a wooden block without an assurance of better padding. But at least it came quickly.
