    The 3-5 business day time frame was 21 day before they informed me that the board could not be repaired and only because I asked what the diagnosis was. I asked for a full refund and they could keep my board. Instead I was given the refund less a transaction fee. This is a cost the buyer of the repair service must bear if their board can not be repaired..
