The package arrived with only 1 CF strip in it, instead of 5. The seller responded extremely promptly to my communication and promised to send out the other 4. 2 weeks later nothing had arrived so I followed it up, and again a very prompt response; this time the remaining strips arrived next day. I believe that the previous attempt was lost in the post and am ultimately happy with the service. However the poltrusions are not dead straight and are not suited for my intended application.
