The item was defective, the large roller accumulates toner and leaves deposits on the pages. We purchased to have in inventory and the return window was only two weeks. We haven't yet tried the smaller rollers.

Not a good customer - Sellers beware that this client will leave a negative if you don't comply to their request. They only reported the issue with the product after exceeding the return policy.
