Base has been cut out for an effects power cable and original base screws are gone, with 2 replacement screws (that are slightly too long) are holding it in place. Battery cable may or may not be original. Works great, has scratching indicating use. The earlier phasers have a more subtle yet still amazing sounding phaser settings. As pictured. Back plate still has most of the foam backing on it, some of which has migrated to back of circuit board. Works great.”
