Quality was good and compared to whats out there affordable. Tricky to fit had to use clamps the bend it into submission, so wouldn't call it" a direct fit" took a little tweaking, but i put this on a MJ so that could be the reason. No instructions or pilot holes,which made it iffy drilling holes in your roof and making them look uninformed....all that being said i am happy with it, just take your time installing it!
