      We sold hundreds and hundreds of pairs of this particular style and Never Ever had a similar claim!? Not even sure what it means. Customer refuses communication and the opportunity to get help, a replacement, a refund... You shouldn't be able to leave a feedback like this without ever contacting the seller first and give Customer Service a chance, that's what feedback should stand for.
