I contacted the seller multiple times but he was unhelpful. Asked me to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim. I contacted Moen and they said they cannot ship parts missing in a used item. I contacted the seller but was unresponsive. I had to buy the missing drain at Lowe's for $35.
