I reached out to seller to get my money back to no avail. It took more effort on his part. He was unwilling to help or to give me my money back until it was "all cleared up". Fortunately, I had purchased through PayPal, so they were able to get my money back. Purchased May 1 and didn't receive my money back through PP until 6/9.
