    These are NOT zoom binoculars and they are NOT magnification of 40. The original manufacturer box does not say they are zoom, and the manufacturer instruction does not say zoom, it also does not say magnification of 40. These magnify at only 10 and are fixed, only the focus can be adjusted. I am applying for a full refund.
