You did not want to return it for full refund including return shipping. You wanted huge refund and to keep the record, which we accepted. But it seems it wasn't enough? We ship sealed LPs very often and never any issues, packing them very safe, strong dedicated box, mailers, bubble wrap and as tight as possible, but even then post can mishandle/drop it and things happen. In the end we pay for it and still get such feedback.
