Seller tells me to file a claim but he didn't insure the package. He tells me he's had this problem before with a heavy item. Obviously he learned nothing. Talked like he knew what he was doing, but acted foolishly by packing extremely poorly - the worst I've seen on ebay by far! And now he expects me to try and make up for his misdeeds. I expect a full refund.
