        Bought a foil Morbid Opportunist special guest MTG card. Card was shipped without tracking, but seller had good communication initially. Still had not received it after 2 weeks. Asked for a refund when card did not arrive well after estimated delivery date. Can't say whether it was USPS or Seller, but now seller is ignoring request and I am waiting the extra week for eBay to step in. Took a chance despite other negative feedback about shipping.
