- e***t (557)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseDrive would spin up, try to access MBR then shut down. Clearly the drive was defective. They refunded the entire price I paid without argument after telling me I had to return the drive at their expense. I was never sent a prepaid mailing label so I still have the drive. The drive was probably damaged during shipping as it was sent in a thinly padded bag that was four times the size of the drive which could flop around easily. There was no internal extra padding around the drive.
